About Us

Elk Spring Farm is a 4th generation family farm located in Oxford, Pennsylvania. The property was originally purchased in 1934 and primarily served as a dairy farm until the early 2000’s.

Our beekeeping journey began in 2018 with just two hives. Our love for beekeeping and the excitement we got from sharing our honey with friends and family grew. It is now a family-run business specializing in beekeeping, producing honey, and relocating honeybee swarms from our local community to our apiary at the farm.
